Response to Covid-19
Firstly, we hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and well. We’re living in a situation that’s completely without precedent, and so we wanted to touch base and explain how we as a company are working within the parameters of the ‘new normal’.
The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers is of paramount importance to us. With regard to our team, we were preparing well in advance of the UK lockdown to ensure everyone could work remotely, and we are happy to say that currently the whole team is homeworking and continuing to deliver our services with minimal disruption.
We are fortunate in having customers with whom we regularly communicate through Skype, join.me and Zoom, so there has been no real change in that situation, although we will have to postpone the pleasure of meeting some of you face-to-face for the immediate future.
Our focus on employee safety, safeguarding customer data and ensuring a robust and resilient disaster recovery plan, all come together to form a cohesive business continuity strategy.
