WinTADS Lite Plus
WinTADS Lite Plus is generally the same in concept as WinTADS Lite, in so far
as it designed as a sales program which can be upgraded to include more sophisticated
costing and manufacturing instructions. The significant difference is that the Plus
program is configured so that any height of unit can be matched with any width.
This function gives the operator much greater flexibility in determining the cross
section of the unit. Catalogue sizes can be identified on the sizing grid and units
with an aspect ratio that is not practical can be disabled.
WinTADS Lite Plus produces a technically detailed and priced quotation, 'intelligent' specification, dimensioned and scaled sketches and internal detail/breakdown sheet. A project management system is included and the program operates multilingually.
The fundamental data is held in an Excel spreadsheet for ease of maintenance and Word is used as an engine to produce the hard copy. The system caters for all common configurations and components: in-line, side by side, double deck with heating, cooling, reclaim etc.
Where practical the component selections are based upon the supplier's own 'black-box' modules.
