WinTADS 3D
This system is for demonstration purposes only, it is clearly a very specialised and unique solution, but hopefully illustrates some of our capabilities.
WinTADS 3D offers all of the benefits of our bespoke WinTADS solutions, but additionally has a CAD like 3 dimensional user interface that can deal with arbitrary unit configurations making it a highly capable solution for manufacturers of custom air handlers, packaged units and penthouse units.

* Lay out units in 3 dimensions using the intuitive user interface.
* No dependency on ACAD, Microstation, SolidWorks or other CAD software.
* Can be used on your office network or distributed to external sales reps.
* Unique collaborative working feature allows external sales reps to share unit designs with your inhouse engineers.
* Report on quoting activity from a central store of quotations and model files.
* Export 2D or 3D DXF files.
* Almost no limit to unit configuration.
* Support for angled internal bulkheads for v-shaped coil, damper or filter configurations.
* Internal corridors and vestibules.
* Put dampers / air openings in any wall, floor or ceiling. The software automatically computes the pattern of air flow.
* Component fit checks are performed to provide immediate feedback.
* Support for system balancing of packaged units.
* Links to back end enterprise systems for costs, pricing, inventory, BOM, labour times, routing, ordering, etc.
